For a couple of decades, multicultural education has become the great challenge for the educational system at all its levels and expressions. When we say multiculturalism, we are not referring to a higher stage of educational work and, therefore, broader, and richer than just plurinational education, which, although recognizes different cultural identities and constructs a formative narrative that values said cultural identities, not necessarily the same. appropriates and resignifies them as meaningful learning for the different actors within the educational process as if it occurs in a multicultural educational process.
