The present work aims to understand how the sectors of power carry out a hegemonic discourse, starting from the cultural industry, seeking standardization and the tendency to homogeneity, constituting basic material premises of the mode of production around culture in Chile between 2019 and 2020, for social control purposes. To do this, a press review was carried out to characterize the discourses contained and biopolitical techniques seek to normalize behaviors, contributing to consumption and psychopolitical control.
