The last column (“Binary %”) of Table 4 in the published article was partially incorrect. Red supergiants (RSGs) with spectra (those with the “Spec. Flag” column?=?1 in Table 4) had incorrect “Binary %” values. Binary RSGs that were confirmed spectroscopically were identified incorrectly as single RSGs, and single RSGs were identified incorrectly as binary RSGs. This mistake only affected the values shown in the table and none of the calculations or scientific conclusions. RSGs without spectra (“Spec. Flag” column?=?0 in Table 4) have correct values for “Binary %.” No numbers have changed in the subset of the table shown in the paper as Table 4, but corrections have been made to the accompanying machine-readable table.
