The sentences that reject the aforementioned actions of protec-tions and, which allow discrimination between matrimonial and non-matri-monial children with an impact on inheritance, make a wrongly restrictive application of the fundamental rights recognized in the Constitution and in international treaties ratified by Chile and in force.
