Among the years 2001 and 2004 a descriptive, interpretative, probatory and inductive study by a panel type consultation was realized to understand the answerer of academics from a scientific unit in front to educational paradigm change (from conductism to constructivism). Results showing a non stress change, but due mostly of academics are professionals and not pedagogues still so much to do because the paradigmatic inertness always make the persons try to return the ancients concepts. © 2006 Universidad Austral de Chile.
