The sculptures and installations of Dario Escobar and Patrick Hamilton are emblematic of new trends in Latin American art in dialogue with proposals of the international contemporary art scene. At Sala Gasco they are displayed as autonomous works yet they converse; they may be considered as points in a constellation of our jeztzeit, through which key aspects may be traced formally and aesthetically.
