This article refers to the presence and absence of women in the history of psychology. Considering the theoretical perspective of the New History of Women, is proposed in this paper recognize the women psychologists in the Interamerican Society of Psychology (ISP) in its history, relieving his presence and his work. Based on primary sources, brief interviews with women who have served on that organization and the database of ISP website, this paper identify the contribution of women in the history of the Society. In sum, there is a diversity of women who have made significant contributions to the history of the ISP, but this contribution has been slow and progressive.
