Amelanotic melanoma is a subtype of cutaneous primary malignant melanoma without pigment on clinical examination, thus anamnesis and dermatoscopy are very important for its diagnostic suspect. We report the case of a 68 year-old female patient with Parkinson's disease that had an amelanotic melanoma in the right leg. A brief review of the literature is made about amelanotic melanoma and its association with Parkinson's disease.
