In the last years, mining industry has been facing different problems related with the mine operation. Particularly, due to increasing production goals, it has been necessary to raise the production crew and new equipment has been designed to enhance the float performance. Therefore, the complex related with hauling in mines has turned into an issue difficult to handle and many times the interferences are critical in the cycle time of the equipment fleet. Furthermore, the rising operational and capital cost pushes the industry to create new technology that helps to manage the production crew. The current mining operation uses information technology to support the movement and equipment assignment, creating databases that are good information to study the mining system. Based on this analysis, it can be detected traffic bottleneck and different areas to manage, favouring the patterns recognition. On the other hand, there are computational tools that simulate mine plans to predict the behaviour of the mining system in the future. In this paper, is presented a computational tool to analyse the haul process of the mining operation, estimating traffic interference and times in queue, this allows to analyse different options to reduce them in the future through simulation. Moreover, connecting and visualizing databases of the mine operation translating them into a visual tool to see the traffic and calculating relevant key performance indicators.
