The primary mucinous eccrine carcinoma of skin is infrequent; near by 150 cases are published in the literature. We present a case of primarily mucinous eccrine carcinoma of the skin, in an 82-year-old man, who consulted for a retroauricular cutaneous mass of 10 years of evolution, without evidences of systemic disease or local recurrence after surgery.
