The Latin humanistic comedy Emporia, by Tito Livio Frulovisi, written around 1432, has been transmitted in a single manuscript in the library of St. John's College, Cambridge. To date, the only critical edition of Emporia is the one by C. W. Previté-Orton, which was published in 1932. In our opinion, the text in the aforementioned edition can be improved. This article proposes some critical notes that are based on a new reading of the codex and amend Previté-Orton's edition, thus providing an improved Latin text for Frulovisi's comedy.
