This article is framed in the problem of the identification between reality and capitalism. Its objective is to approach the political retaking criticism of dialectics -in so far as philosophical rationality secured by the metaphysic of the representation- to revise it in tragic tone. We will open the notion of tragedy to reveal its tragic sense intensifying reading that affirms its agonal character to trace later, a connection which will slide on three philosophical operations that provoke crisis with the dialectics: Vernant, Nietzsche y Spinoza; and the possible glimpse in those hermeneutics with a gesture of tragic character that allows us to think an agonic ethics in the exercise of contemporary politics.
