Agile methods continue to provide positive evidence regarding their use and the results obtained. The use of these methods in areas other than sofware development will cause an increase in the demand of professionals who possess knowledge and skills in this field. For this reason, it is important to recognize the skills that appear as key to the formation of agile teams. The goal of this paper is to identify skills and learning processes that professionals in Chile consider as key to forming high performance agile teams. As a method, a survey was applied to agile community professionals in Chile to validate the results of previous work and to identify relevant information regarding learning processes, techniques and tools for working with agile methods. The results allowed establishing five key skills for high performance teams, with their respective levels of achievement. We analyzed the learning processes that professionals have developed and propose a set of techniques and tools that serve as recommendations for Universities to integrate them into the training processes of their students.
