This article aims to analyze the possibility of admission of conflictual autonomy in Latin American Law, according to the most recent legislative and jurisprudential developments. As will be noted, in countries of Central and South America, Private International Laws have been adopted, as well as international laws of commercial arbitration and in one as in the other the tendency to recognize conflictual autonomy is reflected.
