In this paper we review Tardive Dyskinesia, a side-effect of antipsychotic drugs. There are various clinical types of tardive dyskinesia according to the age and gender of the patients. Although the pathophysiology is unclear, we review the possible causes. We also review the epidemiology, risk factors, management and future perspectives
