We discuss the case of a 63-years-old woman presenting with Majorlin's ulcer over the popliteal area. This localization is the most frequent for this lesion. We review the diagnosis, epidemiology, and aggressive surgical treatment with wide excisión of the ulcer and repair with fasciocutaneous flap.
