Abstract
The MP-PADs will soon be installed into the mine pillars in the underground copper mine, the Atacama Mine in Chile, South America. Withdrawal of the mine pillars will be carried out there as second stage mining, considering observation result of the mine pillar stress changes measured by MP-PADs, those are induced by second stage mining process. The condition of practical use of MP-PAD and the measured results will be shown at the presentation.
