This work aims to analyze the cafe con piernas phenomenon from a pharmacopornographic perspective proposed by the philosopher Beatriz Preciado in her books Testo Junkie (2008) and Pornotopia (2010), understanding and adapting it as a part of a by-product of the radical installation of the neoliberal system in Chile during Augusto Pinochet's military dictatorship, and its direct consequences on the democratic governments that succeeded it.
