This article examines the poetic writing by Gonzalo Munoz to show that his poetry is connected to the Image Culture. The texts by Munoz, in regard to their composition and references therein, and the poetic Chilean tradition, represent the crisis of a print culture and the advent of a new image regime in the context of the Chilean culture of the 1980s.
