The present work tries to realize a critical constructive analysis of the essential aspects regulated by the new Law of the Constitutional Court Plurinacional of Bolivia, to highlight some of the principal substantial deficiencies (of conception) and formal (of draft) contained in this legal disposition, and that eventually might prevent the normal development of his jurisdictional activities destined to guarantee the fill force of the Constitution, as fundamental norm that dedicates the supreme values, fundamental rights and constitutional rights of the citizens, there must be preserved principally his interpretive definitive faculty on the Fundamental Law, considering his quality of maximum guardian and supreme interpreter of the Bolivian Constitution, besides defender of the Fundamental Rights.
